Naturally, the Airship has a bunch of new tasks. Likewise, Imposters might want to avoid venting to the Vault and leaving the room. If you’re a Crewmate watching the security cameras and you suddenly see someone leaving the Vault without coming in first, that’s your Imposter. Pay extra attention to the vent located in the Vault. Only the one on far left requires an extra stop when going from the top to the bottom one, and vice versa. Each consists of three interlinked vents. In other words, it will take Crewmates much longer to do all their tasks if they have to open the doors all the time.Īs you can see in the picture, the Airship has four separate vent systems. To open a closed door on the Airship, you need to do the infamous card swipe. Not only is this handy if you want to isolate and kill another player, though. Doors: You can close the doors in most parts of the Airship.Electrical/lights: As a Crewmate, you only have to fix the lights in one of three locations, but beware of the one in the Gap Room: It’s isolated and there’s a vent right next to it.Imposters can use this sabotage to make some easy kills by using the vent system. This is arguably the most difficult sabotage to fix, as it needs some coordination between at least two Crewmates. Avert Crash Course: Requires Crewmates to enter two codes (one each side of the moving platform in the Gap Room) at the same time.Communications: To fix it, Crewmates need to go there and rotate the button until the line on the right side is the same as the one on the left.Most Airship sabotage options are similar to those on previous Among Us maps. There are no vents, though, so anyone watching the security camera near the entrance might catch an Imposter. It’s isolated and can only be entered on the left side.
The doors in Electrical are randomized, which makes it a dangerous (and slightly frustrating) place for Crewmates-and a great killing spot for Imposters.Ĭrewmates should pay extra attention to the Meeting Room (top of the map). If your victim was standing behind the upper engine in the Engine Room, next to the guns on the wall in the Armory, or behind a toilet door, their bodies will be hard to find. The Airship offers plenty of isolated killing spots for Imposters. So, when crossing a room like the Armory, you have to walk around the corners to check for bodies.
Remember that you can’t see a body (living or dead) if they’re in the shadow. You would have to go back through the Main Hall to get to the other side, so you might want to avoid the Gap Room altogether if you’re in a hurry. Imagine going from Medical to the Meeting Room, crossing Cargo Bay and Records, only to find out you can’t cross the Gap Room. You can’t cross the Gap Room if the moving platform is on the other side (it doesn’t come back after a player uses it).
